Turn your music mp3 player into a portable stereo that rocks!

Remember the good old days of beat boxes and portable walkmans. Well forget them because just like the LP record, the cassette tape, and soon the cd player, they can all be labelled as obsolete. The future of music and how we listen to our favourite songs has changed greatly.

Now days when you buy a new mobile phone it includes a digital camera, mp3 player, and a flash memory drive.  I am just wondering what other feature could they possibly add to the once simple telephone. Even if you don't have this all in one gadget phone you can easily turn your basic mp3 player into a great stereo.

It may sound simple to some people, however most mp3 users are not aware that their music mp3 player will plug into just about any computer speaker.

What you need

Sub woofer speaker set. Usually the speakers that are connected to your computer will do. When you unplug the speakers from the back of the computer, that plug will go into the mp3 player.

An Mp3 player. Doesn't have to be anything fancy. In fact they are so cheap now, you could buy a few and load one with country music, another with 80's music, and another with the latest hits. Just an idea..

Battery. If the Mp3 player takes batteries, make sure it's not going to run out.

Power point to plug in the speakers.

How to connect the speakers to the mp3 player.

This is the hard part. The plug that came out of the computer goes into the mp3 player where the headphones usually go. That's it.. Plug the speakers in, turn them on and press play.

This setup is fantastic for parties. It doesn't take up much space and it sounds great.
