Web site design software can be very expensive and therefore I recommend getting a web host that allows you to use such templates as Jamoola and Dote nuke. These templates are edited on the internet. However if you already have something like Dreamweaver or Frontpage and you are familiar with the program, use that. When using these programs to build a website they are edited on your computer, then uploaded to the internet. Web site design software can be a very important choice as you will have to work with this software almost every day. I do no bother with any of these now as I, and most people, use Wordpress. It is so easy to upload to the internet, especially if you have Hostgator with a cpanel.
