Download free computer software for Microsoft Windows XP and Vista

You can go to the Microsoft website to download free software for Windows XP or Vista, providing you have a legal and genuine copy of Windows installed. Infact there is a lot of computer software you can get from Microsoft, all free. Microsoft free computer software download

You can also go to the Microsoft website to see the necessary system requirements your computer needs to run a particular program. I personally like using the new Internet Explorer 7, as it allows me to open multiple tabs instead of multiple windows. Which obviously a lot more organised and a lot less confusing.

When you do buy a copy of Windows, wether it be XP Home, PRO, or Vista, you will be entitled to all of the extras. I have listed some software titles below.

Windows Vista Gadget Gallery
Windows Live Toolbar
DirectX
Windows Defender
Windows Desktop Search
Windows Internet Explorer 7
Windows Live Messenger
Windows Vista Gadget Gallery
Direct X 9
Windows Live OneCare
Windows Media Player 11
Windows Server 2003 SP2
