How a hard is it to switch from Vista to XP, if i have a new XP os Cd?
I have a ACER lap top dual core and am really fed up with Vista.

If you have experience in formatting a computer and installing an OS then go for it. As long as you have an XP disc and the matching COA sticker with the serial it will be fine.

Also if your laptop is under waranty you should check that changing the OS won't void it.

If you don't know how to format a computer using Windows XP, then you should get a professional to do it.
