This sounds a bit dumb but I think there are alot of people out there that find it hard to use outlook.. I know I get some older friends asking me questions about it, but I can't help them as I do not use it.

By the way, I have seen some of your videos and they are really good! Very easy to understand things by the way you explain it... Good on you!
