As I have mentioned in another area of the forum, I use remote assistance. The one where you go to help and support on the start menu. I usually connect to my friends computer through Windows live messenger.

But after a while, if I want to chat, it seriously doesn't work properly. I have tried un installing it, restarting it, and more...

Anyone got any ideas about this?

I really need to keep connecting with my friend as he knows nothing about computers and needs my help.
