Good evening,

I am trying to fill in a PDF form and am unable to do so. The form was created using Acrobat Distiller 4.0 for Windows, PDF Version 1.2 (Acrobat 3X). I am using Windows Vista with Adobe Reader 8.1.2. The security setting indicates that the form field is "fillable;" however, when I use the hand tool, it does not change, but when I use the select tool, it changes to the I-beam, but I still cannot fill in the form. I have tried to fill in the form from the site and also saved it to my documents, but still am unable to complete the form. What should I do? Please help before I pull all my hair out!!!
